Cancellation Policy
This session will be conducted via phone call - you are also welcome to send up to 3 videos of your dog's behaviours through to monika@understandingcanine.com for behaviour analysis. Full payment is required in advance before the call can commence. Rescheduling is available but I cannot provide a refund.
